CIGREF’s new publication perfectly illustrates the
obstacles and action levers for the Enterprises in 2020. The numerous

organisation and technology, and concern:
The clarity of strategic outlook and its diffusion among
collaborators,
The exemplary nature of leaders, in particular in their
collaborative actions,
A better understanding of complexity (systems, risks…),
Accepting margin for error and accompanying collaborators in
their digital usages.
In a world of uncertainty and complexity, it is becoming more and more
difficult - even impossible - for businesses to make progress alone and
without a regular questioning of their business models and ways of
functioning.
In this open environment, it is essential to rethink our interactions with
the ecosystem and forge strategic partnerships, to successfully tackle
the risk of disintermediation that large companies face in the digital
world.
